When we first landed in Phuket in the early 2000s, the island was a different place. Quieter, wilder, with fewer tourists and more secrets. We didn't come as tourists — we came to build a life.

Opening Kokosnuss German Restaurant in 2003 was our way of creating a home in Kamala Beach. Authentic Bavarian bread, German cakes, and hearty dishes — right on the Andaman coast. Guests quickly became friends. Friends became family.

Those friends started asking: "Where should we go? What should we see? Where do the locals eat?" So we started showing them. Personally. In our car, on our boat, to our favorite spots. That's how Kokosnuss Tours was born — not from a business plan, but from genuine hospitality.

Today, we've formalized that passion. But the soul hasn't changed. When you book with Kokosnuss, you're not a ticket number on some global platform. You're our guest. And that's a responsibility we take personally.
