Booking Terms & Conditions
Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kokosnuss Tours app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
Section 02
Our Services
Kokosnuss Tours offers boat and island tours, event tickets, and curated travel experiences in Phuket, Thailand. We organise our own original tours and act as a booking agent for selected partner and reseller tours operated by third-party suppliers. Each tour's inclusions, meeting point, and conditions are shown on its tour page.
Section 03
Bookings & Payment
Booking a tour creates a reservation pending our confirmation. Deposits, payment methods, and due dates follow our Booking Policy. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorise Stripe to charge your card for the amount shown.
Section 04
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Booking Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a partner operator's own terms apply, we will inform you before booking. Weather and safety cancellations by us or the operator entitle you to a full refund or a free reschedule.
Section 05
Partner & Reseller Tours
For tours operated by third-party suppliers, Kokosnuss Tours acts as booking agent only. The operator's terms, safety rules, and liability conditions apply during the experience. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of partner operators, but we will help you resolve any issue with your booking.
Section 06
User Accounts
To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your access to the dashboard.
Section 07
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use. We may suspend access if these rules are breached.
Section 08
Intellectual Property
All content on the app — including tour descriptions, images, logos, and design — is owned by Kokosnuss Tours or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Supplier logos and tour images remain the property of their respective owners.
Section 09
Liability & Risk
Tours and water activities carry inherent risks. Participants take part at their own risk and must follow the crew's and guide's safety instructions. Kokosnuss Tours' liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Section 10
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Phuket, Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
Section 11
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
