Clear Terms, No Surprises
We believe in straightforward, honest booking conditions. Here's exactly how deposits, cancellations, and bookings work — so you can plan with confidence.
Section 01
Deposit Requirements
Deposit Amount
A 30% deposit of the total tour price (minimum ฿1,000 per person) secures your booking. For tickets, shows, and event entries, full payment is required at the time of booking.
When It's Due
The deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation to hold your reserved date and seats. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your tour.
How to Pay
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash at our Kamala office. Your booking confirmation email includes payment details and a secure payment link.

Cancellation Terms
More than 7 days before
Full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. We understand plans change.
48 hours to 7 days before
50% of your deposit is refunded. The remainder covers arrangements already made on your behalf.
Less than 48 hours before
The deposit is retained. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full tour price.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
If we cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. Your safety always comes first.

General Booking Conditions
Confirmation
All bookings are personally reviewed and confirmed by our team within 24 hours. A confirmation email with your itinerary, pickup details, and meeting point is sent once your deposit is received.
Pickup & Meeting Point
Most tours include hotel pickup across Phuket (subject to availability). For tours without pickup, we meet at Kokosnuss Restaurant, Kamala Beach. Exact timing is shared the evening before your tour.
What's Included
Each tour page lists its specific inclusions. Unless otherwise stated, our originals include transport, guide, meals, and beverages. Partner tours and tickets follow their respective operator's terms.
Group Size & Capacity
Our original tours are intentionally small: max 10 guests, with the catamaran accommodating up to 30 and speedboat up to 15. This keeps every experience personal.
Liability
Kokosnuss Tours acts as organizer for our originals and as booking agent for partner tours. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for personal belongings and following safety instructions.
Changes to Your Booking
Need to adjust dates or group size? Contact us as early as possible. Changes are free up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.
