About This Experience

Your adventure begins with a scenic ride from your hotel in Kamala to the pier, where you board a traditional longtail boat. From there you glide into the calm waters of Phang Nga Bay, where your expert guide explains the unique geology and ecology of the region as you cruise between towering limestone karsts. The highlight is a visit to James Bond Island, made famous by 'The Man with the Golden Gun'. Marvel at the towering limestone cliffs and the breathtaking landscape surrounding the island, and explore hidden caves and lagoons reachable only by boat. You'll also visit Ko Panyee, a stilt village built on the water by Malay sea gypsies, and cool off with a swim at a secluded beach. After a full day of adventure, we invite you to dinner at our German-Thai restaurant Kokosnuss in Kamala — enjoy a cool beer or glass of wine while reliving the day's memories with your fellow travellers. This tour runs every Tuesday and Thursday during high season. Spontaneous tours on other days are possible with a minimum of 6 guests and good weather conditions.
